Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Website visitors. The public website does not ask for personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Drivers, dispatchers and administrators. To run the employee portal we keep the information needed to operate the business: name, username, phone number, optional email address, driver license details provided by the company, load and trip records, mileage, pay plan, weekly earnings statements, extra payment requests, and a record of changes made in the portal.
• Telegram load alerts. When a driver connects Telegram from the portal, we store the Telegram chat identifier that the bot uses to send that driver load alerts, and when it was connected. We do not receive the driver’s Telegram contacts or messages to anyone else. Drivers can disconnect at any time with /stop in the bot or from the portal.
• Text message consent. When a driver opts in to text messages, we record the mobile number, the date and time of consent, and any later opt-out.

How we use information

• To assign and manage loads, prepare weekly earnings statements and annual earnings summaries, and pay drivers.
• To send drivers the load alerts they chose to receive about their own loads, by Telegram or text message (see our SMS Terms).
• To keep accounts secure, investigate problems and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including U.S. Department of Transportation record-keeping.

Mobile numbers and text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use mobile numbers only to send the operational messages described in our SMS Terms. Our text message provider processes numbers solely to deliver those messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run this website and portal for us (hosting, database, and message delivery through Telegram or a text message provider), with our accountants and payroll or tax advisers as needed to pay drivers and file tax forms, and when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Retention

Load, pay and statement records are kept as long as needed for business, tax and DOT purposes, generally at least seven years. Consent records are kept for as long as text messages may be sent and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Security

Portal access requires a personal username and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, sessions expire, and access to records is limited by role; drivers can see only their own loads and pay.

Your choices

• Drivers can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or by turning text alerts off in the portal.
• You may ask us to review or correct your information by contacting us below.

Children

This website and portal are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
